4 Easy Summer Salad Dressings

    These quick and easy summer salad dressings are not only delicious but can also be made from the contents of your kitchen cupboards!

    Say goodbye to store-bought salad dressings. The first thing to know about homemade summer salad dressing is the ratio should be 3 parts oil to 1 part acid (vinegar or lemon).     • 6 tbsp Olive oil
    • 1 Garlic Clove
    • 1tbsp Honey

    Method:

    1. If needed, whisk ingredients together in a food processor.
    2. Transfer to an empty jam jar, tighten the lid, and shake to combine.
    3. Store leftovers in the fridge

    • Juice of 1 lemon
