    Salad might sound like the obvious choice, but this one packs a punch. It’s jam-packed with nutrients and flavour, so you can lick your plate clean and feel good while doing it. Enjoy healthy fats from the avocado, protein from the juicy chicken breast, and a mountain of veggies like baby kale, corn, and tomatoes for a rainbow of necessary vitamins.
