Our Favourite Gin Recipes for World Gin Day

Summer is here and so is World Gin Day. Kick back and relax, with some of our favourite recipes that will bring a GIN-ne-sais-quoi to all your summer events. You’ll thank us later.
1. Blood Orange Gin and Tonic
Give your G&T a juicy twist. Blood Oranges have a sweet and slightly tart flavour which makes them the perfect addition to this citrusy gin and tonic recipe. If you struggle to get your hands on Blood Oranges, grapefruits look just as pretty and taste just as good too!
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 1.5 ounces Gin
- 2.5 ounces Fresh Blood Orange Juice
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
- 4 ounces Tonic Water
Instructions:
- Fill a glass with ice. Add gin, blood orange juice, and orange bitters.
- Top with tonic water and stir.
- Garnish with a blood orange slice and serve.
2. Mint Gin and Tonic
The secret to success is to muddle fresh mint leaves in this classic. It only takes a few seconds, but makes a world of flavour difference.
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 3 Sprigs Mint
- 1.5 ounces Gin
- 4 ounces Tonic Water
- Lime Slice, for garnish
Instructions:
- Strip leaves from 2 sprigs mint and muddle in a glass.
- Fill glass with ice.
- Add gin and tonic water. Stir, then garnish with remaining sprig mint and lime slice.
3. Gin & Tonic Coffee
Gin with decent caffeine kick? Yes please. Our Gin & Tonic Coffee isn’t your average morning cuppa joe. While coffee tends to get us through the day, this iced coffee tonic is the perfect wake-up call for post-dinner.
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce Gin
- 2 ounces Cold Brew
- 3 ounces Tonic Water
- Coffee Beans (Optional)
Instructions:
- Fill a chilled glass with ice.
- Add Gin, Tonic Water, and Cold brew
- Garnish with a coffee beans for decoration
